Rose and David have over 30 years of combined project management experience, having successfully delivered projects and programs across the development, infrastructure, and information technology industry.
We have developed a blended training and mentoring methodology that aims to minimise the burden for project teams and its organisations to better focus on delivering get project outcomes and exceed business objectives.
Our focus is twofold: uplifting technical proficiencies and enhancing soft skills to enable better project and program outcomes and benefits to the communities and peoples it serves.
